Our well-established client law firm is currently looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team in North Finchley.

Essential Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing within a legal practice
• Experience of freehold and leasehold transactions
• Lease extensions, transfers of equity and remortgages

Essential Abilities:
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and organisational skills

Our niche and well-established client law firm in Stanmore is expanding and is currently looking for a Residential Property Solicitor from NQ-5 yrs pqe to come and join their Residential Property Team.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will be experienced in the residential conveyance process and will have a good understanding of the transactional procedures from inception to completion and post completion of sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties and someone who is able to manage their own caseload.

Experience of Case Management Systems required.

Hours: 9-5 ish -flexible – f/t will consider some hybrid working after settling in period.

Salary: £35,000- £55,000 dep on exp plus bonus
Holidays: Standard plus bank holidays.
