Our niche and well-established client law firm in Stanmore is expanding and is currently looking for a newly qualified Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer from 2-5 yrs pqe to join their Residential Property Dept.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will be experienced in the residential conveyance process and will have a good understanding of the transactional procedures from inception to completion and post completion of sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties and someone who is able to manage their own caseload.
Experience of Case Management Systems required.

Hours: 9-5 ish -flexible – f/t will consider some hybrid working.
Start Date: Asap
Salary: £Upto £55,000 dep on exp plus bonus
Holidays: Standard plus bank holidays.
