Our well-established client law firm is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their talented Wills, Trusts and Probate Team.

Hours: 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday (office based)

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration matters.
You will provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning.
Draft and review legal documents, including Wills, LPA’s (Powers of Attorney), and Trust Deeds.
Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to ensure smooth Administration of Estates.
Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practice.
Support business development activities to build and grow the Wills, Trusts and Probate offering in their Branch.

Skills & Requirements:
A Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 to 5 years PQE in Wills and Probate and Estate Planning is ideally preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Inheritance Tax Act 1984 and the Non-contentious Probate Rules 1987.
Excellent working knowledge of Lexcel, Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, the SRA’s Code of Conduct for Solicitors and other applicable Regulatory/Compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively.
High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note: This role will not suit those without prior experience in this practice area. It is essential to have a good understanding of Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning as you will be entering into a structured Private Client Team, where you will manage a busy caseload.
