Wills and Probate Practitioner
Our clients are looking for an experienced Wills and Probate /Solicitor Practitioner to join their team based in the Potters Bar office.

Essential Knowledge and Experience
A minimum 8 years’ experience with the ability to work unsurvised and manage a busy caseload.
Wills
Probate and Estate Administration
LPA’s
Court of Protection Deputyship and related matters
Trusts and Tax planning

Essential Skills:

Confident in handling a varied and active caseload
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team

Desired Skills:

Someone who is Keen to support the ongoing development and expansion of the department

Preferred
Contested Probate including Inheritance Act Claims and Will disputes

Requirements
Full clean driving licence

A willingness to attend other offices to take instructions to assist in the expansion of the department and be interested in business development
