The Firm
Our clients based in Harpenden are currently expanding and are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer with own client following to add to their professional Team dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters along with knowledge of buying and selling blocks of flats/HMO’s and other types of commercial investment properties.
They would be pleased to consider Commercial Property Solicitors who are used to working with a quality UK based caseload in an established legal practice and who is used to networking, having access to commercial agents.
About You
You will be an enthusiastic Commercial Property Solicitor, with experience in all aspects of a busy commercial practice to include:
• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Development
• Asset management
• Business asset sales/purchases
The Role
Our clients are looking for someone who is confident in dealing with a mixed UK client base comprising well established SME’s, owner managed businesses, lending institutions, property investors and developers, as well as high net worth private clients, where you will be joining a team of skilled solicitors and support staff. .
What’s on Offer
