Residential Conveyancer – Hitchin

ROLE: RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER/LICENSED CONVEYANCER/LEGAL EXECUTIVE
PQE : 2-5 YRS PQE

Our progressive and friendly client law firm based in Hertfordshire is now seeking a Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with 2-5 yrs pqe, to work in their Hitchin Office and work closely with their Head of Property and Property Solicitor.
The successful applicant will have a good grounding in all aspects of residential conveyancing to include purchases, sales, remortgages, new builds, shared ownership and help to buy.
Some enfranchisement experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Our clients would expect the successful applicant to be able to handle a small caseload under supervision and look to generate fees.

Hours: 9-5.30pm 37.5 hour week
Holidays: 25 working days plus bank holidays plus 3-5 working days extra as shut over Christmas period.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary range: £30,000-40,000pa + Work Place Pension and access to Perkbox, offering discounts on restaurants, shops cinema etc.(when applicable).
