THE ROLE: ACCOUNTS SECRETARY – ACCOUNTS DEPT
Our growing and dynamic client Accountancy firm, who are Tax Advisers based in London, Watford and Milton Keynes, are now seeking an Accounts Secretary to join their expanding department.
Along with your good organisational secretarial and admin skills, the successful candidate will preferably have an Accountancy or Legal Secretarial background. Someone who has covered filing Personal and Corporation Tax Returns and submitting accounts, Statements and Company Secretarial experience in general, dealing with share transfers.
You will have good IT Skills in Microsoft Office Packages, be precise and must be able to produce accurate work to meet tight deadlines. Great inter-personal skills will go a long way for working with colleagues and clients and there will also be some Reception cover required along with managing the Principal’s diary.
Initially this will be a full-time role working in the office then, will consider working hybrid 3 days in office and 2 at home.

Accountancy Secretary. Experience in submtiting accounts, Company Secretarial and/or Legal Secretarial with Company secretarial experience background with Share Transfers experience, would be preferred.
Knowledge of Personal Tax processing and/or Corporate Tax filing would be an advantage.
