THE ROLE: RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR

Our established client law firm based in Harrow are currently seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join them.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload in a mix of Sales and Purchases of Leasehold and Freehold Properties with some Remortgage work, Transfer of Equity, bridging loans, lease extensions.

With their Case Management System you will also have secretarial support.

Our clients are flexible on hours for those working around work/life balance and they may also consider a few days working remotely each week.
This is a good and friendly working environment in pleasant offices, with car parking close by.

Start Date: End May/Beg June 2022.
Holidays: Standard plus bank holidays
Salary: £42-45kpa
