RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL – HARPENDEN REF NO: L4L1117
Our small and friendly client law firm based in Harpenden is currently looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their structured Property team.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in dealing with HNW clients on both sales and purchases and have a solid understanding of the Residential transactional processes and procedures involved in sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties.
Should you have a solid 1-2 years behind you in this practice area, an understanding of the residential conveyancing procedures from inception to completion and post completion to registration at HM Land Registry, then we would like to hear from you.
Case Management Systems used: Quill.
This role may be suitable for either an experienced Paralegal looking to enhance their career or a Law Graduate/Legal Assistant who has at least 1-2 years behind them in Residential Property and who are seeking a TC which could be considered further down the line.
Salary: £26,000-30,000pa dep on exp + Pension + Insurance
Start date: Asap
Holidays: 20 days plus 4 extra + Bank Holidays.
Hours: 9-5.30pm
Skills & Requirements: Paralegal, experienced in Residential Conveyancing with at least 1-2 years in this practice area. Use of Case Management Systems helpful although induction can be provided; must be IT Literate.
