THE ROLE: PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR
LOCATION: SOUTHGATE

Our clients, a small property boutique with own in-house Estate Agency is currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor to work 50% within Private Client and 50% within Residential Conveyancing.

The successful candidate must be well-versed in dealing with Wills, Trusts, Probates, LPA’s, Estates and also be qualified in managing Residential Conveyancing, Sales and Purchases of Leasehold and Freehold Properties, Remortgages etc.

This is an interesting and varied role.
Small friendly office, dual aspect role.

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £NEG+
Holidays: Standard plus Bank Holidays
Hours: 9-5.30pm
