The Role:

Our clients are looking for a motivated individual with a genuine interest in property law who can thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers at the back of the conveyancing transaction.

The successful candidate will assist our client’s busy property team in handling the Post Completions and must be numerical with a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate will be:
• Supporting solicitors with both residential property dept.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
• Handling pre- and post-completion processes, including submitting registrations to the Land Registry.
• Assisting in liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
• Conducting legal research and preparing reports on various property-related matters.
• Managing client files efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.

The Candidate

Essential Requirements:
• Previous experience in property law, particularly residential conveyancing with post completions experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Hours: 9-5.30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Holidays: Standard plus bank holidays
Salary: circa £22-23,000pa

*This role would ideally suit a Paralegal who has had previous experience in Residential Conveyancing and dealing with post completions.
