Our small yet friendly client law practice in Watford is currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join them. The successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running and understand the residential conveyance transactions of a Sale and Purchase of a Leasehold/Freehold Property and must understand the process through to registration at Land Registry. Knowledge of LEAP Case Management systems would be useful. Someone with 6-12 months current experience would be ideal.

Excellent prospects. Car parking on site.

Salary: £25,000pa+ Holidays: Standard plus Bank Holidays; Start Date: ASAP.

Skills & Requirements
A Paralegal with at least 6 months current experience in Residential Conveyancing matters will be considered.
