Our very friendly clients in Bishop’s Stortford are now expanding and are seeking a Legal PA/Paralegal Assistant who is well-versed in Residential Conveyancing procedures.

The successful candidate will be at least 3 years plus working in residential conveyancing with Sales and Purchases of Leasehold and Freehold Properties. There will be Legal Forms to fill in and knowledge of this is required, together with use of the Land Registry Portal. Case Management Systems experience also required.

The position will be assisting and acting PA /Paralegal to existing fee earners. Duties will include interfacing with clients and other parties, knowledge of risk and compliance management, drafting contracts and other key documents and managing the transactional process from inception to completion. Training and supervision will be provided. There will be no dictation as it will be working from instructions given by fee earners and taken from the client file. This position holds excellent opportunities for career development should you be looking to advance your career in this sector.

Skills & Requirements:

Experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal PA/Assistant. Good keyboard skills, knowledge of the transactional processes within Residential Conveyancing and the use of the Land Registry Portal/Legal Forms.
