FAMILY SOLICITOR/LAWYER – 5-10 YRS PQE – NORTH LONDON REF: L4L 884
Our clients, a prestigious and forward thinking law firm with an entrepreneurial edge based in North London, is now seeking a Family Lawyer/Solicitor with good supervisory and leadership skills. They are looking for someone with confidence and enthusiasm who can fit in well and take their Family Dept forward and to manage the support staff.
You will be self-motivated, organised and hardworking with excellent client care skills. You will need to be well-versed in all aspects of Family Law and will have a specialism in Child Law. You will be working with a mixed caseload of Legal Aid matters and must have good leadership skills to supervise and support your team in the Family Dept. You will have the ability to prioritise workloads, have good communication skills, be approachable and have the ability to work under pressure whilst meeting time management.
Should you be looking to progress your legal career and are seeking a Head of Department role, then the successful candidate will ideally be from 5-10 yrs pqe.
Mixed caseload of Family Law matters to include:
It is essential to have first-hand experience in handling a variety of family law cases, particularly in legal aid, with the emphasis on Child Case matters. You will also have good advocacy skills and be able to attend Court Hearings. You will also receive a good level of support from the firm.

You will be rewarded with a salary INRO £45-65kpa salary. You will be working in modern offices with all modern equipment and software packages and there is also parking on site.

Hours: 9-5.30 Holidays : Standard plus bank holidays. Start Date: end July /beginning August 2020.
Skills/Requirements: 5-10YRS PQE Family Solicitor/Lawyer: Leadership Skills. Member of Children Panel /Member of Resolution would be desired but not essential.
