CALL OPERATOR – WORK FROM HOME REF: L4L795
Our clients a Regional firm who provide a reception cover/call operator service for over 3000 law firms in the UK alone, is now urgently seeking Call Operators to work from home, to answer incoming calls quickly and efficiently with priority and in a professional and formal telephone manner. Prior experience as a Call Operator is ideally preferred.
The successful candidates will where possible transfer calls to clients, having first obtained the relevant required information, record all details from call information using Software Systems.
You will be dealing politely and appropriately with client queries and referring these queries to the appropriate member of the Regional Team where you will be answering volume calls during your working hours.
You will be shown how to communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organisational operations and effective services to connecting groups. You will file all data and perform other routine clerical duties as assigned and for other departments as needed. Your goal will be to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints and you will report directly to the Human Resources Manager.
Urgent shift times to cover are:
Monday to Friday 10am- 6pm (with an hour for lunch) – this can also be a shared role and our clients will accept 2 part-time candidates each for 3 days per week.
Monday nights from 11pm – 8am plus Wednesday 6pm – 11pm (there may well be an additional week night shift).
All candidates will be taken on, on a Self-Employed basis – information provided. Training and Induction provided if successful to a trial period in the first instance.

£paid by each call.
Skills required: Previous Call Operator experience essential; formality of communication and accuracy and attention to detail; Excellent telephone manner.
